Requirements: 18 Constitution, 16 Strength, Heavy Armor Proficiency

While you are wearing Heavy Armor, you gain 3 Defence against Piercing, Bludgeoning and Slashing damage.

The maximum bonus to AC provided by DEX on any piece of Heavy Armor is increased by 1.

Note: Defence is the value by which is damage type is reduced against you. It is possible to take no damage if it is negated by Defence.
