Forced Movement is any time an outside influence makes you move. For instance, being blown to the side by an explosion, wind pushing you, or being shoved.

Forced movement does not reduce your Movement.

Forced movement does not invoke Attacks of Opportunity or other similar reactions.

However, forced movement is movement, meaning forced movement through spiked ground would have you come in contact with that spiked ground.
