Your Race determines your base Movement speed. A common base movement speed is 30 feet. You can move up to your Movement maximum at any point on your turn, for no action point cost. For instance, you may move in between attacks, as long as you have Movement remaining. Under normal circumstances, you begin your turns with your full Movement ready to use.
