At first glance.

K'kch resemble emaciated outcasts of their surface-dwelling Toskreia neighbours. Their fur can be is a patchy tapestry, often revealing more skin than fur, and their tails whip like living ropes, devoid of the Toskreia's luxurious mane.

With long, sparsely furred tails, mangy fur and gnashing teeth, K'kch are not often a welcome sight.

Amongst themselves, K'kchii appearance varies greatly and is often influenced by their qhraul, breeding and personal power. Those that eat well and have access to luxuries may manage not to repulse surface-realmers. But in the lowest rungs of their world below, there are some truly unpleasant individuals littered in scars and the smell of cavern mold.

Haunting the Depths.

Among the K'kch, appearances are a paradox. Some, blessed by lineage or power, manage a semblance of elegance, their fur retaining a faint sheen. Yet, these are the fortunate few. The vast majority of K'kch bear the harsh marks of their subterranean existence. Scars etched into their flesh tell tales of dangers in the Dark Below, and the air they carry whispers of damp earth and a strange, metallic tang that sends shivers down the spines of surface dwellers.

Their presence often evokes a mix of curiosity and repulsion. While some dismiss them as mere scavengers, others sense a hidden power in their feral eyes and the unsettling silence that seems to follow them. Are they simply a downtrodden underclass, or is their role in the grand scheme more complex?
