Wet, cold and dangerous. Nhera's trade winds keep Niskerra's eastern shores rainy and stormswept. Active volcanism in the south results in land that is as lush as it is unpredictable while the north is characterised by taiga, black forest and eternal winter.

As the design of the Eotenari, Niskerra was once Erellurn's land of winter. The asundrien created a great divide between the land during the Dark Days and Niskerra- at the time only known as the darklands- became corrupted by creatures of void and shadow.

The Drâihari made refuge here during the Dark Days millennia ago. During the first age, in seeing the land for the first time undarkened by eternal night, they claimed it and became known as dark elves. They named the land Niskerra. The continent is now ruled by bloodshed and black spires.

Though a multitude of clans and beasts rule this land, from Orcs and ferocious wargs to ancient spirits, it is imposing Draihari spires that blacken a most distinctive mark on the land.
