Known by many names throughout history and the Realm matrix as they have appeared in some form or another on most nascent Realms.
On Nhera, they were first known as Eldar; The first beings. To the Aglaecai and in their language of High Aelhir, they are known as Tuatha, the "eternal people."
Their grace is spoken of in many realms and they are characterized most by their beauty, skill in art and craft, and longevity.
Their form, though regarded as hyurinoid, is not hyuron, with their own distinct physiology that makes them quite unlike the smaller Hyuri.
They possess a captivating beauty that transcends mortal understanding. Their slender forms and ethereal grace hold an undeniable allure, an otherworldly magnetism that goes beyond the physical. This attraction isn't bound by the limitations of mortal sex; both male and female visitors find themselves equally beguiled by the Eldar's otherworldly splendor.
Created long ago alongside the realm's conception to serve a divinity's purpose, they reflect and are reflected by the natural world around them. Their connection to nature is unlike that of most other species while their bodies and emotions are sensitive to latent aether.
Aether is so intrinsic to their people and physiology that the very word comes from Elvish 'aethyr', or 'our breath'.
'Ae' is a sound deliberately meant to mimic the sound of a sigh or breath and appears frequently in their etymology.
Elves, along with the eldar of other realmstars, do not wither with senescence. Nheran elves are subsumed in flowering plants. Nhera's meadows are grown from Elven blood.
