If rumors of increased pirate activity were not concerning enough, word has it that these rovers apparate out of thin air. The Carmine Jesters, so-called after reports of red-painted ships and the unsettling cackling of their crew, are a supposed organization of pirates that have been sighted on the open ocean.

Not much is known about them apart from hearsay and tall tales that originated from prominent merchant vessels that have reportedly been attacked by these jolly bandits. This has allegedly been debunked by the Guilds as insuracne fraud.
