Showrunner is a highly esteemed position that only a select few can procure. Most applicants need decades of experience as food critics before even being considered as Showrunners.

Associated Guilds

The official Showrunners that run Cauldron are unaffiliated with any guilds and are supposed to remain neutral. There have been a handful of high-profile cases of bribery, however, and it is well-known that the cook-off industry generates a lot of revenue.
