Description

The Black Bookies are a band of organized criminals who prey on disillusioned Cauldron cooks. Their name carries great weight in the bowels of the city and they are both feared and loved as protectors of Hub's literal and figurative underworld. They are known to peddle great varieties of illegal wares and host many kinds of unlawful events, including off-the-books cook-offs and bloodsports.

It is said they execute their business in old sewers and maintenance shafts underneath the city, known as the Unterwerk but one needs connections in the Bookies to be able to find them.
