Overview
The Rim Realm is the largest landmass of Gourmetia's main continent, east of the Bulwark Sierra. It's a wild and untamed land, where savage nature grows and evolves unchecked. Volatile microclimates constantly shift here, making for unpredictable weather and natural disasters, like arcana storms and tectonic anomalies.
Sometimes, monstrous predators from this land prey near the borders of the Heart Realm, striking fear into the common folk who live in more remote villages. The Coursers' Lodge is responsible for protecting the borders against those threats and makes frequent expeditions into the Rim Realm as part of that responsibility.
Supposedly, there are those who dare settle in this hazardous land, but they are considered brave and crazy alike.
