A towering Volcano that is still active has formed its own Island, where the basalt tidepools are a sight to behlod, especially during mating season of Silverscale Serpents, a small draconic creature that suposedly give good luck to those that touch them.

The Espium Isles consist of a cluster of seven main islands, surrounded by numerous smaller islets, all nestled in the heart of a vast, uncharted ocean. Volcanic Peaks and Jagged Cliffs (of the Haraltas island)
One of the islands in the Espium Isles is Haraltas. It boasts a dramatic landscape dominated by towering volcanic peaks. These majestic mountains, often shrouded in mist, exude an aura of power and mystery. The Astral Wolves dwell there. Their slopes are adorned with rich mineral deposits, attracting adventurous miners and treasure seekers. Jagged cliffs carved by centuries of volcanic activity line the coastline, offering breathtaking views of the basalt tidepools below.
Tropical Rainforests (Razal)

These Islands are inhabited by several conjuctions of Vedalken that go out of their way to study their biome and sustainably use the resources at hand to further their extensive fields of research.
Cascading Waterfalls and Hidden Grottoes (Mal'spir)
The Falswari waterfalls on the Isle of Mal'spir cascade from the cliffs into emerald-green pools, Creating shimmering flows, rich with fish. Behind some of these waterfalls lie hidden grottoes, mystical sanctuaries where ancient Sylvani history lies preserved. Ready to be found.
Politics
Tensions arise over control of valuable resources like magical artifacts, rare herbs, and gemstones that are found scattered throughout the islands. Ambitious sorcerer lords and power-hungry pirate captains vie for dominance. Not to mention a Great Wyrm Lies asleep, shrouded in mist one an Islet that vanishes from time to time.
Territorial Disputes
Every settlement on the isle is vying for control over certain territories and resources. Rivalries and disputes arise as different factions lay claim to strategic locations, such as ports, mines, or sacred sites. One of these disputes is the high demand for Garaldar Oak wood. This resource is only found in the woods of Mal'spir, but harvesting cannot be done sustainable
Threats from Dark Forces
The Espium Isles are not immune to the encroachment of dark forces. Malevolent creatures, sinister sorcerers, and ancient curses pose a significant threat to the inhabitants. The Great Wyrm Shimmerwing lies abound. He seeks to exploit the magical energy of the land to achieve godhood. The struggle to protect the Isles from this draconic entity often ended up in unexpected alliances against the common enemy.
Piracy and Sea Raids
Given the archipelago's remote location, having to cross long distances to make use of their extensive trade networks, piracy and sea raids are prevalent. Pirate crews, seeking riches and power, roam the waters between the islands, preying on merchant ships and disrupting trade routes. Frequent kirmishes between pirates and naval forces contribute to the atmosphere of conflict and danger.
Northlander raids
With luck the raids from northlanders choose to attack the Leocor Kingdom before coming to the Espium isles, but an attack from them is inevitable. When the northlanders do take up arms and send an armada towards the cities, all sea faring vessel aids in these battles. Pirates won't be battled during a northlander invasion.
The Supernatural
Magic flows through the very fabric of the Espium Isles. Ancient ley lines crisscross the archipelago, imbuing the land with a potent arcane energy. The islands are known for their unique magical phenomena like enchanted springs with healing properties or tiny draconic serpents that give good luck when touched.
