Xirnii graveyard
The idea is that the Aegis islands had not been colonised before the attempts of the Leonin, but many civilizations have attempted and failed by sahuagin intervention. This is still seen by the stretched out settlement of Xirnii, a place made on the wreckages of previous settler ships. Their houses are held in places as the ships fell, but breakage and expansions on the house are made with any resources found, making them iconic per house. The people here are still a brutal version and also the stereotype of sahuagin, they take theft and property destruction to heart and lash out in territorial disputes.

When one thinks of sahuagin, one would think of the deep oceans or the tropical shores, but their own homes are further than one would think. Under the arctic above the highlands is a cold water settlement filled with sahuagin hatchlings. The hatchlings here learn how to use stealth in the slow and dark arctic environment. They eat skates, cods and eels unable to hear the sahuagin swim as they move at the slowest swim speed of all fish kind. “A slow pace wins the battle.”
