The Dwarven Fortress of the Soul
The Fortress of Kansho is a marvel of dwarven engineering and spirituality. It is built deep within the Seishin Mountains, where the dwarves believe the Soul of the World also known as the Essence of Creation resided deep below the surface. The fortress is designed to reflect the dwarves’ reverence for their ancestors, their culture, and their gods. The main hall is a vast chamber carved with intricate reliefs depicting the history and legends of the dwarven people.
The hall also houses a massive statue of the Spirit Dragon, the patron deity of the fortress, who is said to watch over the souls of the dead and guide them to their final rest. The fortress contains many shrines, temples, and tombs dedicated to various dwarven heroes, saints, and martyrs. The dwarves perform rituals and ceremonies to honor their forebears and seek their blessings.
The fortress is protected by a series of fortifications, traps, and defenses that deter any invaders or intruders. The dwarves value their privacy and isolation, and rarely venture outside their mountain home. They believe that their fortress is a sanctuary for their souls, and a testament to their enduring spirit.
