Primal Islands

The Unexplored

The Primal Islands are a cluster of floating islands that drift above the clouds, far from the civilized lands of the Sovereignty. They are home to a variety of prehistoric creatures, including dinosaurs, pterosaurs, and marine reptiles. The islands are also dotted with ancient ruins, remnants of a lost civilization that once ruled the skies. Adventurers who dare to explore these islands face many dangers, but also many opportunities for discovery and treasure.

Some of the Primal Islands are:

  • Fang Island: A large island covered in dense jungles and swamps, where carnivorous dinosaurs such as tyrannosaurus rex, spinosaurus, and velociraptor roam and hunt. The island also contains a massive temple complex, where mysterious glyphs and traps guard secrets of the past.

  • Skyreach Island: A smaller island that floats slightly higher than the others, where flying creatures such as quetzalcoatlus, pteranodon, and dimorphodon soar and nest.

  • Shell Island: A medium-sized island that has a large lake in its center, where aquatic creatures such as mosasaurus, plesiosaurus, and liopleurodon swim and feed. The island also has a rocky shore, where armored dinosaurs such as ankylosaurus, stegosaurus, and triceratops graze and defend themselves from predators.

  • Bones Island: A small island that is mostly barren and desolate, where scavengers such as deinonychus, gorgonopsid, and pegomastax pick at the remains of dead animals. The island also has a massive graveyard, where skeletons of colossal creatures such as argentinosaurus, tyrannosaurs, and amphicoelias lie exposed to the elements.
