No one knows the exarch of Ko, or if he even has one. In fact not much is known about Ko at all. His ideology teaches that oblivion will come regardless of anyone’s action and therefore no action is needed.
He is the only greater deity known by his name and this is because he sees most things as worthless or unneeded and therefore refused a title.
