• Quarry

  • Typically layered quarry.

  • Many entrances and mines with railcarts that go up to the top level (they originate from within the layers of the quarry).

  • Cranes that empty the railcarts for high-volume transport (upon greater rails)

• The Drill

  • At the center of the quarry the dwarves installed a special drill. It’s on of the most engineered project they build.

  • The Frame is placed several layers higher inside the quarry to hold it’s weight but also to be high enough to take out the drill.

  • The Drill allowed them to go extremely deep, finding rare minerals/gems and metals they cannot smelt.
