Barrwater Accord

Barrwater Accord is a maximal community settlement. Shortly after The Upheaval, various genasi tribes formed the accord of the Barrwater, and the village that will become Barrwater Accord was founded, near the older School of Aryas in the foothills to the north.
A peaceful group of small farmers, fishermen, monks and scholars.
